School accommodations are located near the game venues or within good transportation connections from the venues. Information about the accommodation schools/schools will be updated on this page.
Hotel Accommodation
You can book accommodation for your team at Hotel Arthur at a special rate for the Helsinki Basketball Festival. Prices are listed below.
- Standard double rooms: €120 per room per night
- Triple rooms: €150 per room per night
- Quadruple rooms: €170 per room per night
- Quintuple rooms: €210 per room per night
The block deadline is March 4, 2025. Rooms not reserved under the block will become available for general sale at Hotel Arthur after this date. Therefore, the special rate is valid until March 4, 2025.
Room rates include a breakfast buffet and VAT.
Each guest/team is responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation. When making a reservation, you must provide the block code HBBF25. Reservations should be made through our hotel’s sales service via email at myyntipalvelu@hotelarthur.fi or by phone at 09-173 441.
If a guest arrives at our hotel after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask that they provide the following credit card details to confirm the reservation:
- Name of the credit card holder
- Credit card number
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- CVC number on the signature panel on the back of the card
Individual room reservations can be canceled without charge until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. If you encounter any issues, please kindly cancel your reservation through our hotel’s sales service or reception to avoid cancellation fees.
Meals
During the tournament, the following meals will be provided to those who purchase the A pass:
- Dinner (Saturday)
- Evening snacks (Friday and Saturday)
- Breakfast (Saturday and Sunday)
- Lunch (Saturday and Sunday)
