Tournament Fee
The tournament fee consists of a mandatory team fee for all teams, plus the tournament passes chosen by the team (either A or B Passes).
A Pass includes playing rights, classroom accommodation at a school, breakfast and evening snacks at the school, as well as lunch (Sat & Sun) and dinner (Sat).
B Pass includes playing rights only.
All players must have either an A Pass or a B Pass. This does not apply to the Unified or the 2019 categories, in which teams only pay the team fee.
All coaches, team leaders, or guardians staying overnight with the team must have a Coach/Guardian A Pass. Due to limited accommodation capacity, a maximum of 4 coaches and/or guardians per team can be accommodated.
If a coach is not staying overnight or dining, no tournament pass is required for them.
